Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards through our secure
Moneris checkout. We do not accept American Express, cash, or wire transfers
through this portal. For other payment arrangements, please contact our accounts team.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Every transaction is encrypted with 256-bit SSL and processed by Moneris,
a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Your card details are entered on Moneris’ servers
and never touch ours.
Where do I find my invoice number?
Your file or invoice number appears on every letter, email, or statement from our
office. It is formatted
FILE-2026-#### and is usually printed in the
top-right corner of the document.
Will I receive a receipt?
Moneris will display a confirmation on screen and email you a transaction receipt.
For an itemised receipt on firm letterhead, please contact our accounts team and we
will issue one within one business day.
What if my invoice number is not found?
Please double-check the number against your correspondence. If it still cannot
be found, use the Pay by Amount tab and include your file number in
the note field, or call our office directly during business hours.
